2.<\/strong> Pre-Screen interviewed the candidates and prepared them for the final interview for selection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.<\/strong> After the final selection, we prepared all the paper and documentation works for the embarkation process and we also reviewed their continuous contracts and performance appraisal to ensure the best crewing operation or to replace them with another new recruits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.<\/strong> We also take care of their joining and repatriation process and in case of medical issues on board during their work assignment, we also responsible for their replacement with another crew members.
