*Aged Limits: From 16 to 35 Years Old.
*Must be fluent in English Language Skills (Mandatory). And French Language Skills will a plus and Advantage.
*Must be a quick leaner and be comfortable with international learning concept and with working environment.
*Must be Punctual, Well Disciplined and Positive Person.
*Must be a Good Health and Covid-19 Free Person.

*COPY OF FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATE FROM THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH.
*IF UNDER 18 YEARS OLD (A LETTER OF CONSENT AND ACCEPTANCE FROM THE PARENTS / RESPONSIBLE PARTY OF THE TRAINEE).
OUR LOCAL TRAINEES / STUDENTS WILL BE PLACED FOR AN INTERNSHIP TRAINING PLACEMENT PROGRAMME TO OUR LOCAL 5* STARS HOTELS / RESORTS AND HOSPITALITY OUTLETS. AND WILL BE ENTITLED WITH A MONTHLY STIPEND TRAINEE SALARY WHICH WILL BE REMUNERATED BY THE HRDC AUTHORITY AND GOVERNMENT OF MAURITIUS AS PER THE MQA APPROVED TRAINING POLICIES
